My End of Life Northwest offers a comprehensive variety of services and
support to those who are looking for assistance with Advanced Care
Planning, Holistic Elder Care Management and Holistic End of Life Care.
Services and support encompass:
ï‚· In-depth education and individualized assistance in the creation of
your personal advanced directive documents.
ï‚· Assisting seniors and their families in the non-medical management
and coordination of care.
ï‚· Holistic end-of-life support to patients and families, including
provision of respite to loved ones, and holding vigil at bedside
with the actively dying.
ï‚· Education about the WA Death with Dignity Act, and end-of-life
choices in Washington State.
ï‚· Assistance with after-death preparations, including selection of a
funeral home, arranging non-traditional funerals and wakes, and
providing post-death care.
About My End Of life NW founder Cassidy Bastien

Cassidy was raised in Montana and Washington, and is currently serving the greater Seattle area.
She is a Certified End of Life Doula and Doulagiver specialist, training under Suzanne O’ Brien,
founder of The Doulagivers Institute. Cassidy has been a Certified End of Life Doula since 2019,
earning her National End-of-Life Doula Alliance Proficiency Badge and Doulagiver EOLD
certification. Cassidy has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) since 2003 to current.
From 2016 to 2022 Cassidy proudly worked as an award winning Outpatient Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant throughout King and Snohomish Counties. She has a deep knowledge of the End-of-Life process and is familiar with the support which clients, families, and facilities need on their End-of-Life journey. Since 2022 Cassidy has served the non-profit End Of Life Washington as an Ambassador Volunteer assisting in providing their End of Life Ready Presentations online. Cassidy has been a staunch advocate in her EOLD work, for those choosing Medical Aid In Dying (MAID) and the Voluntary Stopping of Eating and Drinking (VSED), and assists those choosing these end of life options to prepare for these end of life choices. Cassidy is also a passionate advocate for caregivers, founding the renowned Caregivers Hub Support Group on Facebook since 2016, which welcomes thousands of members throughout the world who seek and share support, knowledge and advocacy with caregiving. Cassidy enjoys camping, creating art and ritual, enjoys attending live music, and embracing life.
