End Of Life Doula's are a critical and Valued Non Medical part of the End Of Life Care Team. To ensure that all of your wishes are clearly communicated and advocated for when you can no longer speak for yourself. End OF Life Doulas are Specially trained in all aspects of End Of Life care and are an amazing asset to guide you or your loved ones on the End Of Life Journey.

End Of Life Doula's provide the following services:

​

• Holding Vigil with the dying and creating a sacred space.

• Maintaining open lines of communication with the Hospice Care Team, and being your liaison to Palliative and Hospice Care Services.

• Making telephone calls, coordinating visits, organizing Calendars and making charts for hospice prescribed and family/caregiver administered medications.

• Attending visits from the hospice care team, absorbing information and education on the End Of Life Process per the care team, and reinforcing that information and education when needed. While maintaining an objective and judgement free space.

• Assistance with funeral or memorial arrangement.

• Respite

• Legacy Work

• Bereavement Support
